Chef Louis FortiVenda Ravioli has been long known for its delicious prepared foods available in the store on Federal Hill in Providence, Rhode Island. The beautiful platters of Italian specialties catch your eye as soon as you walk into this food emporium.

Venda Ravioli offers a full catering menu and services for private parties, large and small. Looking for something not on our list? Please let us know, we're more than happy to try and meet your requests.

The Italian Cold Cut Calzones are filled with provolone, salami, capicola, pepperoni, prosciutto cotto and soppressata.

Our calzones are spectacular, stuffed with generous amounts of ingredients imported from Italy. Other calzones are available upon request --- Buffalo Chicken, Ham and Cheese, Sausage and Peppers, Meatball, Eggplant, Chicken Parmigiano, Broccoli and Cheese.

Stuffed Mushrooms Stuffed Mushrooms

Crab meat mixed with sweet Vidalia onions, celery, shredded mozzarella cheese, Ritz crackers, white wine, butter and parsley to make the stuffing. Approximately 12 to16 mushrooms per pound.

Large fresh artichokes are sliced in half and stuffed with a mixture of pepperoni, mozzarella and Romano cheeses, olives, onions, celery and Venda's own breadcrumbs.

Crab meat is mixed with sweet Vidalia onions, celery, shredded mozzarella cheese, Ritz crackers, white wine, butter and parsley to make the stuffing. Approximately 8 to 12 artichoke hearts per pound.

Bright red peppers are stuffed with a mixture of pepperoni, mozzarella and Romano cheeses, olives, onions, celery and Venda's own bread crumbs. These always fresh peppers are large so plan on 1/2 pepper per person.

Arancini Arancini (Rice Balls)

A classic dish from Sicily. Arborio rice is cooked to perfection and mixed with Romano cheese, mozzarella and prosciutto di Parma, then formed into generous balls. The rice balls are coated lightly with breadcrumbs and pan-fried until golden brown.

Lasagna Lasagna

Our unique lasagna is made with Venda's own pasta sheets, marinara sauce, and a medley of Italian cheeses: Romano, mozzarella and ricotta. We offer your choice of a strictly cheese lasagna or a meat lasagna that contains layers of sliced meatballs.
