Q: What is the shipping policy?
A: IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE: Please note that FROZEN and REFRIGERATED items are shipped with dry ice or ice packs to keep the items at the proper temperature. This requires that customers be available to refrigerate or freeze these item(s) on the day in which the order is received. Venda Ravioli uses United Parcel Service (UPS) to ensure accuracy in shipment and is not responsible for products that are spoiled if not stored properly. You will receive an email with UPS tracking numbers allowing you to determine exact shipping details on our site under My Acount -> UPS Tracking or at www.UPS.com.
Disclaimer note: if you enter an incorrect shipping address during the checkout process and UPS is not able to locate the delivery location because of an incorrect shipping address, you will be charged an additional $10 shipping fee.
Orders that are received by 12:00 noon (Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Thursday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 noon may be shipped the following day. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Orders received or scheduled to be shipped on a Holiday will be shipped the next business day.
The day that you receive your order depends upon the type of items ordered (frozen, refrigerated, nonperishable) and the shipping method selected (for refrigerated and frozen only). All non-perishable orders can be shipped UPS GROUND (3 to 7 days), UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight.
